Dr. Fayaz Shawl Philanthropic Foundation Inc. is a 501(c) 3 not-for-profit organization, governed by a Board of Directors (installation of all Board members forthcoming) whose members will include officers of The Foundation, professional advisors, and distinguished advocates and leaders in the field of cardiovascular medicine.

Our mission and goals are not just to improve the quality of life... but also to save lives through education, support, research, and administering safe, effective treatment for those who suffer from cardiovascular disease.
